Local products and souvenirs of Samut Prakan
include:
Khanom Chak ,toasted flour mixed with coconut.
It can be bought at the pier where boats leave for Phra
Samut Chedi, as well as in other open-air markets;
Pu Khai , crab with roe, indigenous species
of crab that can be bought only at Amphoe Phra Samut Chedi;
Dried Gourami can be bought from roadside
stalls on Sukhumvit Road, Tambon Pak Nam, Amphoe Bang
Bo and local markets.
