- Bai Yun Nouvelle Chinese cuisine is the name of the game at Bai Yun on the 60th floor. This outstanding restaurant is an excellent venue for business lunches, family feasts and gourmets in search of the peak of Chinese fine dining. Bai Yun has one dining room for private functions. In the evenings, you can revel in the panorama and gaze down on the wide expanse of lights glowing in the night. Voted 'Thailand's Best Restaurant' by Tatler magazine in 2001.

Bai Yun
- Saffron Banyan Tree's signature restaurant, Saffron, offers Thai-inspired flavors. There is nothing apathetic about its Pan Asian cuisine: from the delectably spicy 'Seafood and Banana Flower Salad' to 'Phuket Lobster in Red Curry Sauce', from 'Coriander Crusted Ahi Tuna' to luscious sweets and sorbets that make you come back for more. Located on the 59th floor, the views are fantastic, the furnishings eclectic, and sophisticated live entertainment plays into the night. For your private function, Saffron has three exclusive dining rooms.

- Rom Sai Enjoy lovely garden views at this casual all-day dining restaurant. Wood-fired pizzas, homemade pastas and noodles, freshly baked Tandoori items, grilled seafood, sushi, sashimi, tempura, soufflés, tarts, cakes and desserts all come straight from the kitchen to your table. The dishes are creative, their presentation imaginative. 'Beef Carpaccio Pizza with Truffle Oil' anyone?
