The HTMS Khram, a 200ft long former US Navy LSM from WWII was decommissioned and intentionally sunk by the Royal Thai Navy as an artificial reef in February 2003. The wreck lies upright in ‘sailing position’ with the top of the wreck at around 15 meters and the keel resting on the seabed at 30meters.The ship has been well prepared by the Thai Navy as a dive site, and is free from armaments, oil and most hazards to divers.
