Karona Resort & Spa is located at the heart of the Andaman Sea, on one of the most perfect spots in the Phuket Island. Karon beach is on the west coast of Phuket island. It is very famous for its beautiful long white sand beach and breathtaking sunset scenery. The length of the beach is 1,200 m. with no steep slope, and no sharp rock under the sea. Karona Tropical Resort is located at the far south of Karon beach, 5 minutes from Kata Center, 50 minutes from Phuket airport, and 20 minutes from Phuket downtown.

Restaurant

"CHILIES" is the 64 sq.m. restaurant. This 40 seats restaurant is decorated with special handmade ceramic table, serving European and East meet West food with fresh seafood from Andaman Sea. For the Thai food lover, we recommend our famous Thai menu such as "Tom-Yum-Kung", and "Pad Thai". Our chef concerns not only the marvelous taste, but also the healthy ingredients of the food.

Two levels swimming pool

With the concept of tropical rain forest, our pools are contrived with 2 levels. The top level is started from the pleasant waterfall, which gradually leveled down to the natural rock covered with fern and tropical plants of Southern Thailand. The stream runs down into the large natural pool and sprinkles over the plants. While swimming, you could see the pool depths embellished with floral garden. Moreover, there is waterfall from grand wall with great stream pours down into another pool connected to the "CHILLIES" restaurant terrace. You can decide on dinning outdoor at pool side with BBQ Party or Buffet Party in a fine evening.

Gift shop

Our gift shop carries exceptional collective items differ from general shopping area. Unique stoneware ceramic from Ceramics of Phuket created with special "Phuket Clay" and the ocean-color glazing would remind you of the tranquillity time at Andaman. Silverware from NakonsiTammarat, a big city at the far south of Thailand, will be displayed here for your convenient. For the spa section, we carry fine product made from coconut tree, aroma candle, massage oil, and high quality aromatherapy products.
